Can I sell my licensed merchandise at conventions?
Yes, as long as it is within your approved sales channels.
What if I want to add a new product type after approval?
Just submit the new design and product details for written approval before producing it.
Can I use quotes from the books?
Only with prior written approval. All approved quotes must include the attribution “From TITLE by Stacey McEwan.”
What happens if I have leftover stock when the license expires?
You have 90 days to sell off remaining inventory, but cannot produce new items after expiration.
Can I collaborate with another artist on my licensed product?
Yes, but they must also be identified in your application and comply with this agreement.
